Job Title: Soccer Registrar/Administrator
Location: Revelstoke Youth Soccer Association, Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada
Position Type: Contract- Yearly commencing December 1 st , 2025
An invoice is to be presented to RYSA at month’s end to be paid within 30 days.
Remuneration: An annual salary of $10,000 will be distributed evenly across 12 months. Any
tasks beyond the specified job description will be subject to separate negotiation for additional
compensation. This position is to keep track of all hours and a list of completed duties. Reasonable
expenses can be reimbursed if approved by RYSA board.

Job Summary:
As a Soccer Registrar/Administrator at Revelstoke Youth Soccer Association, you will play a
pivotal role in managing the registration and administrative functions of the club. You will ensure
a seamless registration process for players and teams, maintain accurate player records, and
support various administrative tasks to facilitate the club's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Hour Tracking:
• Tracking and recording hours spent on different tasks. Utilizing an app (eg. Clockify) to
best consistently track hours.
• Distinguish between what programs your time is going towards to better allocate these
costs at year end (Spring, Fall, Rep, and Little Bear)
• Provide an update to the boards monthly meetings around work load and hour
allocation.
Registration:
• Manage the player and coach registration process for Spring, Fall, and Rep/Dev,
including online registration systems, and paperwork, and assist Treasurer with
payment collection. Facilitate the use of RAMP.
• Assist parents and players with registration inquiries and resolve
any issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date registration records and ensure compliance
with league requirements including TOYDA and TOYSL.
• Assist Little Bear Committee manage team registration and inquiries regarding Little
Bear Tournament
Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with team coaches, managers, and board directors to
coordinate player rosters and team registration.
• Ensure timely submission of all necessary documentation, insurance, and fees
for each team.
• Facilitate communication between teams and the club regarding
schedules, events, and other important information.
Administrative Support:
• Assist in general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and
correspondence.
• Manage the Contact RYSA email account and respond to inquiries in a
professional and timely manner.
• Maintain club calendars and schedules for practices, games, and
events.
• Schedule field use for the appropriate soccer sessions with the City of
Revelstoke
• Ensuring Criminal Record Checks for all RYSA Volunteers and Coaches to be
completed and recorded for BC Soccer purposes.
• Aiding in the completion of all RYSA Volunteers and Coaches in the grassroots
program and Respect in Sport
• Support the President, Treasurer, and Head Coach Coordinator when requested to
ensure timely execution of tasks for the organization.
Financial Management:
• Work with the treasurer to track and record financial transactions
related to registration fees.
• Assist in the reconciliation of financial records and help prepare
financial reports as needed.
Communication:
• Communicate regularly with players, parents, coaches, and other
club members regarding important updates and information.
• Utilize various communication channels, including email, creating and posting to social
media, and updating the club's website with board approved documents and posts.
